This first pair of photos was different angles of the Ross Business school on U of M campus. This building was very fun to photograph because of it's many different varieties in shapes and surfaces. It is also really the only building on campus like it, so it's uniqueness pulled me in. I had a tough time picking my favorite photos og this building because I took so many.
This was part of the School of Social Work. The building stood out to me because of its many.. fairly purposeless angles/corners & jutting out pieces. This triggered me to try different angles. I like that you can connect both the blueprint and the second photo because of the tree!
This bell tower is my sister's favorite place on campus. Students are allowed to climb the tower at certain hours and she has even played the bells a few times. I couldn't miss the opportunity to include the tower in my photos. It also reminds me of my favorite Disney Princess (Rapunzel, when she's stuck in her tower).
Born but not raised in Ann Arbor, I have a huge fascination with the Michigan and State theaters. Theaters like this did not exist in Malaysia. The way people tell you not to meet your idols however, I'm scared that if I ever actually went to watch something at either theater that I would be disappointed. Just getting a little closer for these pictures didn't hurt however.
